We had already been scammed out of over $20,000 on a modular home & had even poured the concrete stem wall for the house to sit on. I used Sacramento Design Group to draw the plans my client needed so I could build it. I had them work directly with the client so I didn't get in the way. They did a great job & even helped by going down to the Building Department & walking the plans through the permit process. Thank you for delivering the plans to the house. I really like the Bathroom Design your team came up with, and how you were able to fit everything together. When my contractor took the plans to the building department, they immediately issued a permit over the counter without any wait time. Evidently this is unusual, as my contractor was told the usual process was to send the plans upstairs for review prior to issuing a permit, but not in this case. Your plans were described as "clean", and upon quick review the building department said they could tell that everything was in order. No wait time for my permit, this was great.
